Great value and great product. This deep pan does more than just make awesome stir fry. I use it in our RV to fix broasted chicken ! Everybody raves over my chicken when I fix it in the pan, they can't believe I broast in a stir fry pan ! Since the handle is heat proof to 500*, I make pineapple cake in the oven............very versatile pan ! Buy & enjoy ~
