I have been using the Fresh-O-Matic steamer for over 25 years. They went from having a handle to push for steam to all electronics. Good design change (the pump handle wore out). But since the change they have not fixed the problems. Water seeps into the electronics and shorts out the machine. I purchased a new machine and it became inoperative within 4 days (shorted out) I had ordered new parts and was able to fix it. This cost an additional $200 after purchasing the machine for $960. Not such a great deal. I have complained numerous times about the design. Their answer is to be more careful adding water?? Good machine poor desing
