This fryer is a good value for the cost. What I especially liked about it was the 2 separate plugs for each frying bucket and the fryer not having to be direct wired. It makes cleaning easier as we can disconnect the fryer from the wall and pull it out for cleaning the floor and back walls,etc.
Pros: dual wall plugs, light weight
