The description states the handle is riveted. It is not, it is tack welded. This information needs to update as I wanted a pan with a riveted handle. I am not sure if I will send it back as it took several weeks to arrive and don't really want wait for a replacement.
Other than that, the pan is great to cook with. I am just worried about how long the tack weld will hold out.

Cool touch hollow handle with reinforced rivets dose not have rivets. It is tack welded and looks a bit flimsy.
Cons: tack welded handle.
