This product is very hard to clean. Trying to find paper towels that work well is hard too. When putting a pack of paper towels it's hard to get out at first. As the pack gets smaller it's a little easier but then when your at about 1/3 to 1/2 left they start falling out. It has been a pain.

Pros: in the wall takes up less space

Cons: after a while looks dingy
