...to utilize. First, they fit either way, not just with the galleries up like some chrome shelving. That is because the holes that slide onto the side poles are not tapered. Even so, the plastic clips fit pretty precisely so there isn't any slippage, and I have very heavy things stored on these shelves. Second, the shelves are indeed very heavy-duty--on one shelf I have a 75-pound jeweler's rolling mill and on another about 10 gallon-sized cans of paint--that's pretty hefty stuff. And third, the price is great. These are a good buy and I love the way they work. BTW, always get the wheel package. Moving this unit around where I need it makes life a little easier in my studio.
