This is a really good machine. I have had mine for a few years and it has been used non-stop. I am pretty tough on it too. It has a 7 quart bowl, which makes it possible to do up to 3 batches of cookies at once. A real time saver. There is a cut-off switch when tilted and it will never start up unless you hit the green button. So you never have the flour going all over the kitchen. The speed knob turns smoothly with complete control. It has a lot of power to get through the toughest doughs. The bowl locks in very easily too. Great product!!
