The nut on the glass filler cap was on so tight I had to soak it in hot water to loosen it.

The glass filler cap will fit either my Hamilton Beach or DeLonghi coffee urn. Probably others too! Unpack, screw into lid making sure gasket is oriented properly with locking ring. EASY!

I dropped the coffee pot lid and broke the glass topper...this was a perfect part to fix it, no need to replace the whole lid! Thanks.

I cannot tighten the black "nut" enough to make it snug. Is it supposed to be glued in place?
