Order was handled well and nozzles arrived within a few days. The only upsetting thing were the Canadian border duties (about $20) - I was not aware of these when I placed the order and there is nothing on web-order form to indicate duties will be payable. Perhaps if the shipper had called first as they said they would, the product could have been mailed instead.
