After nine years of use, the chef at my school (who breaks everything) wore out the coupler. All was set right with this kit; refreshing both halves of the coupler. It did take a phone call to learn how to make the replacement and the help was readily available.

Half of the coupling kit was broken before it could even be installed. Now i will need to find another part and try to re-install it.
