seattle encaustic painter
I'm using this for encaustic painting & the adjustable flame is important. It has good clear instructions, though directional arrows on the pictures don't match the instructions to mount the torch with a clockwise turn & remove it with a counter-clockwise turn. Nevertheless, it was easy even for a first-timer like me. Note that you are advised to use only cans of fuel with the Iwatani brand, which I found at Williams-Sonoma. Very pleased with the performance & cost but thought the shipping a bit high.
Pros: High quality, Durable, easy to use

Our chef bought it years ago for lighting the wood grill in our restaurant. I saw it as an awesome cigar lighter in windy conditions, like on a boat, etc. I used it for home grilling also. I actually wore it out and was looking for a replacement which I found, at a reasonable price, on your website. I got one for a friend also.
