The model I received was not exactly the same as the one I previously purchased from Tundra. I had to figure out the wiring and use the old fan with old washers to make it work. The motor is however a better built model that has no plastic parts that can be broken or burned.

Pros: Durable, better than the one i previously purchased.

Cons: some direction for the wiring would help if it is
