you truely can,t even begin to fathom the level of joy, peace & contentment this one little knob has brought. this knob opeerates the deep fryer @ my church, need i say more! kitchen with 8-10 women cooking & serving a portion of our congregation every Sunday ( @ least 60-80 people come down to take dinners home every Sun). Pastor is happy, the Deacons are happy. THANK YOU ETUNDRA
