we use 100 plates a day at the soup kitchen and were concerned about filling up the local landfills with foam, so we were delighted to find a product that holds up to our sauces and food choices without soaking through. It's great to know we are dealing with a Colorado Proud company.
Pros: High quality, Durable

These plates are sturdy and attractive. The only downside is that you have to make sure to keep them wrapped in plastic while in storage because they tend to stick together when exposed to any moisture/humidity.
