My vitamix is an older model with the container developing cracks at the bottom. I had emailed a vitamix representative to see if a current model replacement container was available. After several weeks with no response I searched the web and found Etundra and asked them via email chat if there was a replacement part. Their representative responded with replacement part number. I ordered it and it fits perfectly. Thank you being there for me.
