Product was good -discription of product was not conclusive enought. I wasn't sure if the closer was pneumatic or spring loaded. - It was spring loaded. The picture and discription did not explain this fact. However, it worked out but will a spring last longer than a pneumatic one?

Just put this in place last week and it definitely closes the door, that's for sure. Heavy duty construction, so I don't see this thing as being a problem down the road.
