This is our second 1094 closer purchased from Tundra. Tundra provides great service, however, this product with the hydraulic closer feature is built to last for the short term. I reccommend that the manufacturer provide a more superior quality hydraulic mechanism for the daily user of a walk-in freezer. The design works very well with our freezer door which is used everyday. We will calculate/estimate the number of door "opens" & "closes" on an annual basis for your information. Perhaps this will help.....

Pros: required part, good flush design

Cons: hydraulics not durable
